By accessing or using the Farrah Tutors platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. For users under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf.

Farrah Tutors provides an online and offline tutoring platform that connects students with qualified tutors. Our services include personalised tutoring sessions, progress tracking, and learning resources. We act as a facilitator between students and tutors.

To access certain features of our Service, you must create an account via an admin-generated invite. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Providing accurate and up-to-date information. • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Sessions must be booked through the platform. • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges as outlined in your plan. • Session duration, subjects, and format (online/offline) are determined during the matching process. • Farrah Tutors reserves the right to reassign tutors if necessary to ensure quality.

• Fees are based on the selected tutoring plan and are communicated during sign-up. • Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. • Invoices are issued monthly and payment is due by the stated due date. • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of tutoring services. • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Farrah Tutors.

All users (students, parents, and tutors) agree to: • Treat each other with respect and professionalism. • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour. • Not share inappropriate or harmful content. • Use the platform solely for educational purposes. • Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on the Farrah Tutors platform, including learning materials, branding, and software, is the intellectual property of Farrah Tutors or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Farrah Tutors is not liable for: • Learning outcomes or academic results. • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control. • Actions or conduct of individual tutors outside the platform. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time with written notice. Farrah Tutors reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked, and any outstanding fees must be settled.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
